Bauchi Governor, Yuguda, Reverses Self On Northern Governors’ Forum

The Bauchi State Governor Mr. Isa Yuguda had vowed never to attend the northern governors meeting again.

Governor Yuguda's chief of staff Yusuf Gumbi revealed this to reporters at a press conference in Bauchi, He said that the Governor has rescinded his decision to withdraw from the Northern States Governors Forum.

Mr. Yuguda had previously vowed, following the controversy that greeted the Nigerian Governors Forum election in May, never to attend a meeting of the NSGF.
