Mario Balotelli Set To Marry His

AC Milan striker, Mario Balotelli took to twitter yesterday, June 9 to announce his engagement to his girlfriend, Belgian model Fanny Neguesha.

Balotelli's engagement is coming few days ahead of Italy's World Cup against England on Saturday, June 14 in Manaus.

The 23-year-old Italian star who is in Brazil with his country’s World Cup squad shared the photo of the beach in Rio de Janeiro where he proposed to his sweetheart below with caption: "

She said yes.. The most important yes in my life. That was the place of my question! I Love you and happy birthday too! Je t'aime my WIFE".

The excited bride-to-be, Neguesha, born in Belgium of an Italian father and a mother of Congolese-Rwandan-Egyptian extraction also took to instagram to share her excitement, as she showed off her engagement ring.

 She posted the photo below with caption:

“Tonight, I said the most important yes of my Life. That was the best present for my birthday! I love you first and unique husband.”

Balotelli and his girlfriend who have had their own fair share of relationship troubles, with Fanny at some point announcing she was single via social media were reported to have started dating sometime in 2012 after Balotelli broke up with his ex-girlfriend, Raffaella Fico.
