Gambian Actress, Marie Kumba Reveals She Has A Crush On Veteran Actor, RMD

Veteran Nollywood actor turned Delta State Commissioner for Culture & Tourism, Richard Mofe-Damijo, who was recently rumoured to be sick as a result of his weight loss, is the news again.

This time it's not about his drastic weight loss, but about Gambian actress Marie Kumba, revealing she has a crush on RMD.

Marie Kumba, who is still single, while speaking about her crush, RMD, said: "I think he is versatile and very creative. The truth is that I have a crush on him. Any way, he is a married man but I admire him a great deal; he’s every woman’s dream."

The England-based actress also says she loves Nigerian men and could marry one, if the right man proposes.

The Gambian actress who came to Nigeria said that the man who discovered her is from Nigeria and she would love to be back now in the same industry to make a difference.

She said: "I want to share my talent with the amazing talents in the industry. I want to bring Gambian flavor and blend it with Nollywood and hopefully, learn enough to take back to my country, Gambia, where there are so many talents waiting eagerly to be discovered."

RMD is happily married to former Africa Independent Television (AIT) presenter, Jumobi. He got married to her in 2000, after the death of his first wife.

He is blessed with children, one of them, Oghenekome got married to his heartrob in December 2013.
