The Blade runner was reportedly said to have had a face-off with one Mr Jahed Mortimer who intentionally spat at him over his ongoing murder case. It was gathered that the drunk and aggressive Pistorious could not swallow every bit of what Mr Mortimer was saying, hence, the attack. However, one of the club managers, Perry Mermigas has refuted the news going round that Oscar fought at the club, saying he was with the murder-charged and his cousin where they sat silently talking over a few bottle of drinks before leaving an hour later. He revealed that it was Oscar's first time at the club which could have enhanced such untrue story considering the fact that he has an ongoing popular murder case.

Although, the double-amputee who was accused of mental illness is few weeks away from hearing his fate after denying the murder of his law graduate girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp, who was 29, he has tried to take succour in tweeting and also having a bottle of drinks out with his cousin which has now pushed him into these untrue insinuations.

Wow - Oscar Pistorius starts tweeting yesterday and now being reported to be involved in a nightclub incident on Sat. Head down me thinks!"

He appears to reply to one follower who said 'That's South Africa for you' by blasting: "No it's not! It's blatant disrespect for everyone still mourning the tragedy!

The trial resumes on August 8th and 9th for final arguments and then the judge will retire for several weeks to decide the verdict.
