Freed Nursing Mother Sentenced To Death and Family Re-arrested By 40 Security Men

Sudanese woman who was freed yesterday from her death sentence in Sudan for changing her religion to Christianity has been arrested again at Khartoum airport.

Meriam Ibrahim was charged and sentenced to death by a Sudanese court for changing her religion from Islam to Christianity in May 2014.

BBC is reporting that this time she was arrested along with her Christian husband and their two kids.

According to the sources, They where arrested by 40 security agents as they tried to leave Khartoum for the United States of America.

Meriam was apprehended and jailed in February while being pregnant and had to give birth in jail, handcuffed.

She was born to a Muslim father and married her husband Mr Wani in 2011.
